Maybank bad customer service!

Semasa entri ni ditulis, i was so mad and sleepy. Last night i slept at 4a.m. At 7a.m. dah bangun utk breakfast dgn ahmad. My bad sbb salam pun tak bagi kan. Salam evy1. Ni pun tulis using my iPad. Sbb sgggggttttt marah sampai tak menyempat nak post pasal ni.

Did i mention about i left my handbag at the airport masa my trip to jakarta? I draft satu post pasal jakarta tapi belum sempat nak habiskan entry tu. my bad. Tp mmg yan tinggal beg kat airport during security check. So dh naik kapal baru perasan beg xd. Nk trun lari ke terminal mmg haram jadah tak sempat la kan. So airasia staff informed me dorg akan simpan that beg in security room. Fuuhhh lega sikit. Tp few steps need to take into consideration.

Step pertama of coz block semua credit card yang ada. Kan?? So dlm purse yan ada dua credit card which is not mine. Satu ahmad punya, satu ibu punya. Ahmad punya yan pgg sbb xnk ahmad menggunakan kad tu sewenang nya. Hah. Nampak x ciri sorang akauntan kedekut kat ctu? Ibu punya yan pgg sbb easy for me to isi myk or beli brg dapur or pg service kereta and mcm2 urgent matter la.

Ahmad:
Kad credit ahmad adalah dr CIMB bank. Olsem ok bank ni. Yan dr mula degree using this bank and i never ever had problem with this bank. Call ahmad minx dy call block credit card. Then person in charged that case kata ok, dorg akan block terus and akan hntr kad baru with few weeks. With a charge of coz. RM10. Cheap right? Kebetulan ahmad ad overpay 10++ so dy tolak dr bnd tu je. Murah dan sgt senang kan. Seminggu lps yan blk cni, kad arrived and ahmad pas kat yan then minx yan submit form utk password. Setel!

Ibu:
She is using mastercard from dumb ass maybank. Mmg loser la bank ni. Selalu byk mslh.mls nk ckp psl insurans etiqa yg ibu registered for us years ago. Since we still a kid. Smpi skg dh nk kawen kot. Nk claim utk msuk hospital? Payah! Byk sgt prosedure nonsense, call sana nk buat report tgu lama, tgu approval lambat. Agknya bila mati bru la approval msuk wad kuar kot. Bodoh! Back to credit card. Ibu call then org tu minx pengesahan bla bla. CSO dorg ckp dorg blh block only for 24hrs. Ibu pilih utk block 24jam je sbb klu nk block lebih dr tu, dorg akan batalkan kad and send the new one. With charged of cos. RM50. Shit! Asal nk mahal sgt kn? Masa ko offer kad dlu blh je bg free. Ko igt org hadap sgt kad ko ke? Ibu ad byk sgt kad kot. Dr yg cikai mcm master smpi ke power ke platinum ratus ribu credit limits kot. Bkn yan nak berlagak, tp cas yg remeh melampau ni tak perlu kot. Lain la kalu org tu mmg ad satu kad je and terdesak kne ad kad. Tu pun org belum tntu nk byr. so blk m'sia dh 36jam so i guess kad tu blh la guna kan. Yan try isi myk. Kad decline. Fine. Bgtw ibu, then ibu kata "xpela klu dy block trus. Tak yah pki. Tak yah suh anta yg lain sbb ad kad lain lagi". So diam je kami dua beranak.



Nak jd cerita, td CSO maybank yg kecoh belagak pdhl gaji ko tu tak smpi pun bape dh nk kekwat call rumah. Dgn tak kenalkan diri,
Customer service officer maybank: blh saya cakap dgn pn.sal.......(xd helo.salam lg haram)
Yan:(dah org xberbahasa gtu, nk ckp dgn mak kte, sikap protective membuak) ni sapa? Dr mana? Nk buat cr ibu?
Customer service officer maybank: sy dr maybank. Pasal kad credit yg pn.sal lapor hilang hari tu. (nmpk x dy tipu?bkn kte lapor hilang. Kte lapor kad tu tgl dkt sekuriti airport dan selamat dorg simpan cuma minx maybank block sementara which only 24jam or else 24jam 1minit dh kne byr RM50)
Yan: ibu xd la. Psl kad tu, nape block ye? Hari tu kata 24jam. Sampai sekarang block apasal?
Customer service officer maybank: cik sape?saya nk ckp dgn pn.sal......
Yan: saya ank dy (dlm hati menyumpah dh. Tak dengar ke aq sebut ibu byk kali td) sy yg pgg kad tu. sbb tu sy tny.
Customer service officer maybank: napa cik pgg ye? Tak blh mcm tu. slh klu ikut agreement. Bla bla bla (tak boleh ke ko sah kan aq ni betul ke ank dy ke, or ckp elok2 ke, or pk guna otak ko tu bhw bkn semua org xtw law, contract or agreement. Jadi tak payah tunjuk bijak. If ko dpt tw aq pgg kad mak aq, then ko nk buat report then henti kan kad tu, go ahead stupid! Ko yg hilang customer. Do we care?!) pn.sal mana?....blh bg no tel dy (hello! Xkn no hp yg pntg mcm tu pihak bank xd record kan?ni bukti double dumb maybank)
Yan:012 (xsempat nk bg....)
Customer service officer maybank: owh yg 0126846738(no ni yg bantai je. Sbb dy baca nth no sape pun yan xtw...triple dumb maybank)
Yan: bukanla. Sejak bila mak saya pakai no tu! Tak pernah hayat ada no tu. satu je no dr dulu.
Customer service officer maybank:blh bce kan no x?tp tgu kejap ye (tekan kekunci keyboard lopek dy dgn laju dan kuat, mungkin buat report ke psl yan pgg kad or mgkn buat report psl first call xdpt nk ckp dgn pemilik kad or mampus la ko buat ap pun. Tp perlu ke suh aq tggu ko menaip mcm lakhanat tu?!) ok dh cik.
Yan: 012.....(baca laju laju terus hempas telefon)

pengajarannya: selalu org kata customer bila call customer service, customer yg xberadap kan. Ok la blh pk logik kot. Klu dh service ko mcm haramjadah, bg mslh kt customer, harus kot hangin sikit bila menggangu urusan org lain. Ini kes terbalik. Customer service yg kurang ajar. Hello HR Manager Maybank! Mcm mne ko recruit org ni?!

NotaKakiPakaiKasutLembabSeminggu: klu ko rse nk terminate kad tu, go ahead. Ada org kesah ke? Citibank ad, ambank ad, gold, platinum mcm mcm ada lagi kot. Then kalu ko nk report org lain guna kad tu pun, ko ada bukti ap?signature? Bdk sekolah pun skrg sign sndri report card dorg kot. Ko nk dakwa pemilik kad biar org lain guna? No black and white plus klu guna record ko call td tu, aq lg blh dakwa ko. Biadap! Kenalkan diri tak. Aq blh dakwa ko plak penyangak sbb tak bagi pengenalan diri terus nk ckp psl P&C matter. Bnd ni merosakkan mood yan yg sgt baik pg ni sbb dpt breakfast dgn ahmad pg ni. I will never ever choose Maybank as my bank. Customer service paling worst!
